Belrad was founded as an institutional capital advisor. We provide hands-on development management services, work with clients to create and implement resolutions for their workout assets, provide strategic guidance for portfolio management and repositioning, and structure equity and debt financing solutions for specific transactions.
We are actively engaged in all types of commercial real estate, from unimproved land to retail, industrial, office, mixed-use, condotel, and hotel. We have experience in all facets of residential development including urban, suburban, resort residential, and the privatization of military housing. Our investments have included industrial land, un-entitled land, subdivision entitlements, infrastructure and lot sales, apartment-to-condo conversion, resort development, and mixed-use development.
