There are two facets to Belrad Group: our active advisory practice and making investments on behalf of our clients and our own account.
Our Advisory Practice includes development, asset management, loan workouts, debt structuring and placement, due diligence and underwriting. We offer our advisory practice services throughout the United States and in select international markets, and are able to leverage our capabilities through a network of professional affiliations and relationships. We specialize in distressed situations and have a long, proven track record of recovery and profitability for our clients.
Our Investments are typically opportunistic and include a value-added component. We’ve had the opportunity to participate in investments that are not widely known to the market and in which we used our expertise to improve and stabilize a property. Our investment strategy isn’t limited to real property. Depending upon the circumstances, we will purchase debt instruments or partnership positions. In all instances we seek acquisitions in markets which are in disarray and undervalued assets that we can manage and enhance.
