Arnold Cho
A Senior Analyst at Belrad Group, Arnold’s experience includes real estate finance and the development of multi-family and mixed-use infill redevelopment projects. Prior to joining Belrad, he worked in various finance capacities, including fixed income derivatives at Wells Fargo Bank, management consulting at BearingPoint and IBM, and mortgage-backed securities at Fannie Mae.
Arnold received an undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley, holds an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, and obtained his Masters of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California. He holds a California real estate license.
