Erek Wilson
Erek is an Asset Manager and Senior Analyst at Belrad Group, arriving with over 10 years of commercial real estate experience. Before joining Belrad, he spent five years at Catellus Development where he was Manager of Financial Analysis. In that capacity he oversaw the valuation and financial modeling for a $3 billion nationwide portfolio that consisted of several hundred varied properties, as well as performed analysis and modeling of joint venture projects, raw land improvement projects, and ground leases. Erek was responsible for developing and maintaining all financial analysis models used to evaluate new investments.
Prior to Catellus, Erek was an analyst at GateCapital. In addition to underwriting commercial real estate loans, he spent time in the firm’s asset management and loan servicing division where he performed asset valuations, risk management reporting, and cash flow projections for various types of assets. Erek began his real estate career with First American Title in the Commercial Real Estate-Special Projects Division. Erek graduated from Sonoma State University with a BS in Business Administration, specializing in finance. He holds a California real estate license.
