Harold Kleiderman
Executive Director at Belrad Group, Harold has over 30 years experience in commercial real estate finance, acquisitions, sales, development, and asset management. Prior to joining Belrad, Harold was a vice president and senior asset manager at GateCapital where he managed a portfolio of debt and equity positions valued in excess of $900 million. He negotiated complex transactions and directed outside counsel in transactional and litigation matters.
Before joining GateCapital, Harold was a vice president and investment banking product specialist at Bank of America, where he managed key aspects of the company’s first commercial mortgage conduit securitization. He also directly managed a portfolio of 45 properties in the bank's "Other Real Estate Owned" division. Prior to Bank of America, Harold was a senior underwriter with Stein Kingsley Stein.
Harold’s other accomplishments include founding and managing a commercial real estate brokerage and management firm for over 14 years. He holds a Juris Doctor from San Francisco Law School, is a member of the California State Bar, and is a licensed real estate broker in California and Hawaii.
