Jon Leavitt
A Director at Belrad Group, Jon has over 20 years of experience in real estate asset management, finance, and development. Before joining Belrad, Jon led his own real estate advisory practice providing asset management and finance consulting services for select Capital Market clients and Offshore Investors.
In the late ‘90’s Jon spent three years with GateCapital as a senior asset manager and account officer, and before that was vice president of asset management for O’Connor Realty Advisors, where he managed a portfolio of assets for CalSTRS and Nomura. He also managed a portfolio of assets for institutional clients at Eastdil Realty in San Francisco. He began his real estate career with Bedford Properties as a project manager for retail and hotel development projects.
Jon received an undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California.
