Stuart Scheinholtz
A Director at Belrad Group, Stuart has over 26 years of experience in development, deal making, asset management, and the practice of law. He is an accomplished real estate professional, having successfully handled sophisticated transactions and legal issues. Prior to joining Belrad, he was a Vice President & Development Manager for Venture Corporation, a national developer, where his total deals were valued at $150 million and included over 500,000 sq. ft. of new space.
Prior to Venture Corporation, Stuart was a Partner and Executive Vice President of Anasazi Properties, a real estate development firm that developed and sold two highly successful urban residential projects in San Francisco. While there, Stu was chiefly responsible for contract negotiations, site acquisitions, entitlement work, sales and marketing, and community relations. In addition, he sourced and closed the project’s construction financing. Stuart was formerly a Bank of America executive with responsibility for a national portfolio of bank-owned commercial real estate (workouts and foreclosures) and was personally involved in over 50 individual real estate sale transactions.
Stuart holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. He previously graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
