Viki Hugstad
Viki is a Director at Belrad with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Before joining Belrad Group, she was a vice president in the Asset Management Division of GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corp. in San Francisco where she specialized in acquisitions and sales of distressed real estate assets and managed projects in the U.S., Mexico, and Europe.
Prior to that, Viki spent two years underwriting commercial real estate loans for GateCapital and was a manager in Arthur Andersen’s Real Estate Portfolio Services Group in Los Angeles where she managed varied real estate projects, including acquisition and sale due diligence. She also consulted for government and lending institutions. In addition to performing numerous due diligence and sales engagements for the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), she was one of the designers and presenters of training programs for RTC personnel, co-authoring the RTC’s due diligence manual for commercial real estate assets.
She began her real estate career in the commercial real estate lending division of Imperial Savings Association in San Diego, CA. Viki is a licensed attorney in California and received her law degree from Yale Law School.
